		<description>Millcreek Canyon, just east of Salt Lake City. It can be pretty crowded (especially on even days when mountain bikes are allowed), but once you get off the Pipeline and Dog Lake trails you can hike for hours without seeing too many other people. On odd-numbered days, when The Steve isn't allowed in Millcreek, we'll hit Neff's Canyon. Neff's doesn't offer as many opportunities (just two trails), but it's a nice hike up the mountain.</description>
