		<description>Don't forget the Chalk!  We tell the kids it's like spiderman's webs.  Sometimes that's all they need.

Just letting them swing has been the biggest help for our kids.  similiar to step #2 only about 6 feet off the ground and let them swing and bounce around.  We often go climbing and just have the kids swing and bounce to get comfortable in the harness.</description>
