This is the second post in a series about Baby Steps To Clean Eating With Kids.
Mix everything you see above together in a large bowl and let it chill in the fridge for a while. The addition of the chicken, corn and garbanzo beans seems to make it more filling.
The kids ate it up and it was easy to make, so easy I don’t think I’ll need a list of items or a recipe card next time. It will be great for the summer when I don’t feel like cooking too much too.
