When I was a little girl, my parents always took my sister and I out hiking on weekends. We gathered shepherd's purse in early spring fields, which we made into nice dumplings when we came home. In summer we would climb the nearby hills and picked wild flowers all along the way. In winter when we walked through a small village, we could smell the sweet fragrance of wintersweet blossoms.

Because of these childhood experience, I came to love hiking.

I am in Yunnan province now. This year sometime I hope to make hiking tour to Xishuangbannan Rainforest and the Meili Snow Mountain if I can fiind travel buddies.
