One of my all time favorite camp foods…uh sweet treats actually, are s'mores!!!

But don't mess with trying to melt chocolate candy bars on broken grahm crackers, just take fudge striped cookies, roast the mallow and make a sandwich. The mallow melts the fudge on the cookie just enough to make it gooeylumcious!

Does anyone have recommendations on vegan marshmallows. My girls have never had smores because I just can't stomach the thought of gelatin. I'd love to find a nice gelatin-free alternative to marshmallows that would fit the bill.

Tree hugging, vegetarian, breastfeeding, cloth-diapering, home schooling, drum playing Step-Mama to my sweet Nico Sage and Mama to my curly Kaya Jade and wee Luna Blue. Lovin my hottie ~ J.

“Sweet and Sara” make Vegan Marshmallows . They're pretty expensive but probably worth a try!

Here's the ingredients: cane sugar (non bone char), water, corn syrup, acacia, soy protein, carrageenan, cornstarch, locust bean gum, pure vanilla extract, organic confectioner's sugar, sea salt.
